In developing your performance management system, our approach includes a strong training coaching methodology, to ensure that your leaders are empowered to own and manage your system and in turn empower the rest of your staff to fully appreciate the benefits of your performance management system.

Inherent in our approach is a ‘performance management skills and competencies’ transfer
- Top and senior management (initial introduction to performance management and thereafter training them on how to scope job profiles, including KPAs, KPis, measurement mechanisms, scoring toolkits and how to conduct effective reviews, including appropriate rewards and recognition) – the idea is that these leaders take ownership of the performance management system and and are empowered to profile the jobs of their subordinats conduct effective reviews and continue to coach their staff on effective performance management
- Assisting your leadership with a creative communication strategy which introduces and continuously engages the staff in the performance management process
- On a sample basis, assessing how the leaders review their staff’s performance and providing feedback.

Performance Management System (known as 3nergise) We have developed a subscription web-based performance management administration system which:
- Captures all job profiles and scorecards on a web-based database
- Captures performance reviews based on each job’s scorecard – reviews can be done ‘online’, capturing the comments and scores of reviewers and reviewees as well as a moderator where this is required
- Provides an automated trail of review information
- Provides online feedback surveys from peers, other line managers and external stakeholders such as clients
